This board is made out of cedar wood, which is native to the mountains of the western Himalayas and the Mediterranean region. All wood is natural and not stained. It is coated with food-grade mineral oil for a finish. Resin epoxy is also food-grade. It is not recommended to use these boards as cutting boards, since wood and resin may get scratched easily.
